Commis Chef – The Gardens Mall, KL

We are looking for a talented and passionate Commis Chef to join our dynamic team at MST Golf Arena at The Gardens Mall, Kuala Lumpur. As a Commis Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting the culinary operations and contributing to the creation of exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily tasks with the CDP and Demi Chef and supports in the daily operation and work
• Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks
• Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all time
• Ensures minimum kitchen wastage by practising FIFO and by monitoring the food stock
