JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Assist the chef in running the kitchen on a daily basis and maintain the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Assist with food preparation duties, including washing, chopping, slicing, and peeling fruits and preparing basic items like spices and sauces.
• Assisting the receiving and storing of food.
• Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations and kitchen are properly sanitized.
• Plating and presenting meal items as per the Sous Chef instructions.
• Assisting in other areas of the kitchen when required /assigned by the chef.
• Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements.

• At least SPM or Professional Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent
