Commis / Cutter

• Washing, peeling, chopping, measuring ingredients, and seasoning meats according to recipes.
• Assisting station chef with daily tasks, managing deliveries, and restocking supplies.
• Assist to ensure effective inventory control & grocery ordering.
• Maintaining a clean, sanitized workstation and adhering to all food safety and health regulations.
• Performing basic cooking tasks and learning fundamental cooking techniques.
• Communicating effectively with other kitchen staff and following instructions from superiors.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
• Able to work on PH, split shift and overtime.

Job Qualification:

• Minimum SPM / certificate in culinary or equivalent.
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to follow directions and prioritize tasks.
