Main duties:
Assist in the preparation of mis-en-place forall menu
Support the Chef de Partie and kitchen team inpreparing and cooking food according to hotel / restaurant standards
Help ensure food is prepared and presentedconsistently and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safetyin all kitchen areas at all times
Follow instructions from Senior Chefs andcontribute to smooth kitchen operations
The ideal candidate will:
Possess at least 1–2 years of experience in aprofessional kitchen, preferably in a 4* or 5* hotel or restaurant
Be motivated to learn and develop culinaryskills in a professional environment
