Working closely with the Chef de Rang, the role contributes to the smooth operation of the assigned section and helps ensure that guests receive a seamless and memorable experience.

The Commis de Rang assists with mise en place, table setup and maintenance, food and beverage service, and the overall presentation of the dining room, ensuring that all service standards are consistently upheld.
