JOB OBJECTIVE

The Commis I is responsible for supporting the kitchen operations by assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring quality and hygiene standards are consistently followed. This role works closely with senior kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes in a timely and efficient manner within a resort environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food according to standard recipes and instructions.
• Support Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meats, and seafood while ensuring proper handling and storage.
