Commis

• Assisting head chef, sous chef, or chef de partie with daily tasks.
• Food preparation washing, peeling, chopping, and mixing ingredients according to recipes and standards.
• Performing basic cooking tasks under supervision and, when needed, acting as a line cook.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, ensuring proper storage of food, and performing cleaning duties after service.
• Monitoring stock, rotating food items, receiving deliveries, and disposing of expired ingredients.

• has experienced working in department of Food & Beverage and Kitchen Department

• 2-3 years experience in banquet and cafe catering

• experience in food costing calculation
• Preferable candidates whom staying in Johor Bahru Area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
