Commis/ Kitchen Helpe

Position: Commis / Kitchen Helper (upscale Indian restaurant & bar)

Work Location: Kamagong Makati

Work hours : 2pm - 11pm with 1 hour break

Salary: Minimum plus SC

Qualifications

• Preferably with a Culinary Degree or Associate Degree from a recognized culinary school
• At least 6 months–1 year kitchen experience; experience in Indian cuisine is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, spices, and kitchen hygiene
• Willing to learn Indian cooking techniques and recipes
• Can work long hours, weekends, and holidays
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
• Team player, reliable, and disciplined
