Overview of the Role:

The successful candidate will support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest culinary and hygiene standards: Key responsibilities include:

• Becoming fully familiar with all menu items
• Preparing dishes in a timely manner, ensuring all food meets approved presentation and quality standards
• Minimising waste through correct portion control and cost-effective working practices
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene standards throughout the full food chain, from storage to service
