Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of food according to hotel standards and recipes.
• Follow instructions from head in kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas.
• Comply with food safety and hygiene.
• Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies properly.
• Minimize food wastage and practice proper portion control.
• Support smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
• Perform any other duties assigned by senior kitchen staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
