Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food according to hotel standards and recipes.
- Follow instructions from head in kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas.
- Comply with food safety and hygiene.
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies properly.
- Minimize food wastage and practice proper portion control.
- Support smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
- Perform any other duties assigned by senior kitchen staff.
