About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Commissary Admin Staff to join our team at Vito's BBQ in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our commissary operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our stores.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and maintain inventory records for the commissary, tracking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
• Coordinate daily food preparation
• Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the commissary and its equipment
• Assist with the processing of employee meal allowances and reimbursements
• Provide general administrative support to the commissary team as required
