Role Overview

As a Commissary Chef II, you will be a key anchor in our high-volume central production kitchen. Your role is to ensure that the flavors of the Heart of Binondo are consistently and expertly prepared for our various outlets.

You will be responsible for the large-scale preparation of signature Filipino-Chinese components, maintaining the delicate balance between traditional heritage recipes and modern culinary precision. This role requires a chef who respects the old-world techniques of Chinatown while embracing the efficiency of a professional commissary environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Bulk Production: Execute large-scale food preparation and cooking following standardized recipes to ensure consistency across all hotel dining outlets.
