Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and portion sizes. Support batch cooking and large-volume food production for distribution to store locations
Kitchen Organization: Maintain an organized, clean, and sanitary commissary workstation. Ensure proper labeling, dating, and storage of all food items
Inventory Support: Assist in receiving and organizing food supplies and raw materials. Report low stock levels and help track daily inventory usage
Quality Control: Follow all recipes and instructions to maintain consistency and high standards. Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before use
Health & Safety Compliance: Strictly follow food safety and sanitation regulations. Wear appropriate PPE and ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and in proper working condition
