Commissary Operation Coordinator

This role ensures smooth commissary operations and timely fulfillment of orders for delivery platforms (GrabFood, Foodpanda, etc.) as well as bulk customers. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about food operations, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily commissary operations, including food preparation, storage, and quality control.

• Monitor incoming GrabFood/Foodpanda orders and ensure accurate, timely packing and dispatch.

• Track and coordinate with riders/couriers for efficient deliveries.

• Maintain inventory of raw materials, finished products, and packaging supplies.

• Generate daily and weekly reports on order volume and commissary performance.

• Collaborate with commissary staff and customer service to resolve issues quickly.

• Recommend process improvements to streamline operations.
