Commissary Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production planning and ensure alignment with branch orders
• Monitor inventory movement, stock levels, and variance
• Ensure proper implementation of FIFO and stock rotation
• Supervise dispatch and delivery accuracy to branches
• Review and validate daily, weekly, and monthly commissary reports
• Monitor wastage, yield, and food cost control
• Ensure accuracy of reports aligned with Accounting
• Maintain compliance with food safety and audit standards
• Supervise and guide commissary staff

Qualifications:

• At least 3–5 years experience in commissary, warehouse, or food production
• Strong knowledge in inventory management and reporting
• Experience in supervising a team
• Detail-oriented and analytical
• Proficient in Excel or inventory systems
• Willing to work in Sitio Muzon Puting Kahoy Silang, Cavite
