Net profit improvement

• Strict implementation of cost saving programs
• Ensures minimal spoilage by monitoring near expiry/non-moving items and maintaining efficient stocks buffering.
• Monitors the production output and ensures that the targets are being achieved

Procurement

• Maintains a professional business relationship with procurement team.
• Coordinates the movement of raw materials and monthly projection.
• Minimize unnecessary purchases by monitoring the stocks.

Production / Operations

• Managing workflow
• Creating and managing team schedules
• Ensure and monitor delivery completeness
• Ensure set targets are timely achieved
• Analyzes production processes and develops cost reduction program
