Responsible for ensuring the safe and orderly handover of the facility/plant from the construction

Mechanical Completion to the owner or operator, demonstrating its operability in terms of performance, reliability, safety and information traceability, The overall goal is to verify that the system is designed and built to fulfil its purpose and specified requirements.

Accountable for all Commissioning input to the Design Process for the assigned project(s) to ensure that Commissioning and operating safety is addressed in the design and that all phases of the initial start-up (Including one-off special procedures) are adequately covered in the design specifically including definition of systems and system turnover sequence and that consideration has been given to the pre-commissioning of the process units.
