Commissioning Manager Refinery

Seeking a Commissioning Manager with proven technical knowledge of the processes and activities involved in the preparation, start-up and operation of a refinery.

Essential duties

1. Responsible for progress of the Commissioning activities
2. Awareness of client's quality requirements and compliance with all relevant policies and procedures preparation for commissioning, start-up and operation of the following Units:

• RHCU / HCU Units licensed by Chevron Lummus Global
• SDA Unit licensed by Amec Foster Wheeler
• ERU / SNOx Units licensed by Haldor Topsoe
• Refinery's Auxiliary Systems (Instrument Air, Nitrogen, Water Treatment, Potable & Demi Water, HP-MP-LP Steam, Fuel Gas, Fuel Oil, etc.)
