Commissioning Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the QA/QC and Commissioning Teams at site, as well as the equipment Installation, Testing and Commissioning Schedule / Timeline for Electrical and Mechanical systems.

• Responsible for coordinating with vendors during weekly and ad-hoc meetings for energization and Startup presentations to client.

• Ensure that systems are energized and operating as per project specifications and baseline schedule.

• Required understanding of Electrical Single Line Diagram (SLD), Mechanical Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID).

• Prepare Root Cause Analysis if required.

• Required understanding of Lock-Out, Tag-Out (LOTO) process.

• Attend meetings with client / main contractor / sub-contractors for weekly updates, work progress and scope.
