Commissioning Manager T1/T3 (Toronto)

We are looking for a Commissioning Manager T1/T3 to lead commissioning activities for large infrastructure projects at our Project Office in the west end of Toronto, Ontario. The role requires on‑site presence Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Define commissioning strategy and plan with contractors and oversee successful commissioning of assets.
• Support the design process, attend key design reviews, review and assure testing and commissioning plans.
• Oversee testing and commissioning phases of programmes and provide technical guidance.
• Coordinate commissioning activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct site observation surveys, prepare field reports on project status and compliance.
• Review, document, and improve processes and workflows to eliminate inefficiencies.
