Commissioning Specialist

Your Opportunity The Buildings Canada East Division requires a Mechanical Commissioning Specialist engineer who will provide technical leadership for the building commissioning service line in Markham. The position entails project delivery and continued development of the service line at a provincial level, with key functions related to delivery of commissioning services, development of documentation, interaction with contractors and clients, business development, and assistance with proposal delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities

Conduct project delivery activities related to Building Commissioning, including LEED-related commissioning, retro-commissioning, and re-commissioning projects.

Perform extensive site visits and coordinate work with other disciplines and team members.

Liaison/coordinate with clients, contractors and authorities having jurisdiction.

Assist with proposal delivery activities related to Building Commissioning.
