ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Commissioning & Start‑Up (CSU) Manager to join the Corporate PMC team in our Bilbao, Madrid or Barcelona offices. The CSU Manager leads the planning, resourcing of project-specific professionals in the CSU management domain, and execution of pre‑commissioning, commissioning, start‑up, and performance testing to achieve safe, compliant, and right‑first‑time handover to Clients in the context of PMC professional services. This role drives systemization, readiness, and risk management from late construction through operational acceptance, coordinating closely with engineering, construction, HSE, quality, vendors, and the client’s operations/maintenance teams.
