We are seeking an experienced commissioning technician capable of completing tasks without supervision. The ideal candidate will have the ability to fully understand and interpret drawings, schematics, and diagrams. This skill level will be assessed and determined by lead personnel.
Responsibilities

+ Identify and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, or software system issues on rail cars and establish a plan of action to resolve them.

+ Conduct high potential and continuity testing, vehicle functional tests, visual inspections, dimensional inspections, and performance testing.

+ Produce timely and detailed service reports.

+ Verify full system and subsystem functionality of rail cars.

+ Install or upgrade new hardware or software while ensuring safety and correctness.

+ Repair or replace broken-down or damaged equipment.
