Commissions Executive

We are looking for an experienced Finance / Commissions Executive having expertise in managing commissions within the company.

Job Description

• Own end-to-end
  agency commissions
  : intake, calculation, approvals, payouts, and exception handling.
• Track
  funding
   (first-draft → funded), reconcile paid vs pending, and resolve variances with carriers/ops.
• Perform
  daily/weekly analysis
   on commissions & funding (trends, fall-offs, agent/team, carrier mix).
• Reconcile transactions and statements
   across banks, carriers, processors, and internal systems (Workforce/CRM).
• Maintain a complete
  audit trail
  : journals, payout files, supporting docs, SOPs, and close checklists.
• Publish
  standard reports
   (MTD/YTD; team/agent/carrier views) and drive process improvements with Finance/Payroll/Operations.
• Lead
  issue resolution
   (chargebacks, reversals, short-pays) with clear timeli...
