Summary:
Complete processing and review to ensure commission payments for internal and external producers are prepared accurately and generated in accordance with established policies and procedures. Advise, verify and approve work items of team members as a Subject Matter Expert.
A typical day will include the following:
+ Mentor and train team members
+ Maintain standard operating procedures
+ Manage collection activity
+ Manage service escalations
