Commodity buyer (h/f/x)

Your Responsibilities

• In this position, you are responsible for the daily management of a purchasing portfolio.
• You are in charge of analyzing the portfolio, sorting offers, updating prices, and handling the related administrative tasks.
• You manage relationships with suppliers : sourcing, RFQs, price negotiations, contract management, long‑term agreements, business reviews, QDCF, etc.
• You are responsible for supplier performance and for drafting reports.
• You manage supplier‑related risks, handle resulting crises, and implement corrective actions.
• You coordinate supplier evaluations with the supplier quality management department and support audits.
• You implement cost‑reduction activities and ensure their follow‑up.
• You look for the best technical solutions to guarantee design‑to‑cost (DTC).
