Actively hunt buyers for recycled plastics (PVC, EVA, PP, PE, ABS, PET, etc.)
• Approach manufacturers, converters, and traders via:
• LinkedIn
• WhatsApp
• Email
• Cold outreach
• Qualify buyers and understand:
• Monthly consumption
• Specifications
• Pricing expectations
• Present Sychem Polymers' offerings professionally
• Coordinate with management on:
• Pricing
• Availability
• Payment terms
• Close deals and ensure advance payments / LC coordination
• Maintain a simple buyer pipeline (Excel / CRM)

• 1–4 years experience in plastic raw materials / polymers / chemicals / commodities
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
• Hungry to earn commissions, not just salary
