Commodity Trader

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and trade commodity markets including Energy, Metals, Agricultural Products, and Soft Commodities.
• Develop, execute, and manage quantitative and discretionary trading strategies within defined risk parameters.
• Analyze market microstructure, order flow, price action, and macroeconomic factors impacting commodity markets.
• Collaborate with Quant Researchers, Data Scientists, and Technology teams to identify and implement profitable trading opportunities.
• Generate trading ideas through statistical analysis, market research, and data-driven insights.
• Continuously evaluate strategy performance and recommend improvements to enhance profitability and execution efficiency.
• Manage portfolio exposure, position sizing, and risk in accordance with firm guidelines.
