We are currently looking for a common law trainee or newly qualified (ideally with a law degree achieved in England) to join our client a leading law firm with offices in Milan, Rome, London. The firm acts on all types of transactions on some of the largest and most complex deals. The multi-jurisdictional nature of many of such transactions plays strongly to the firm's unrivalled expertise.

We are looking for applicants who ideally have gained experience in capital markets - equity and debt - with a major law firm and who are not afraid to be challenged. The successful candidate will possess developed team working skills. The bulk of your work will involve working with partners to offer transactional advice to a range of clients.
