**Job Description:**

Principal Accountabilities
● Builds the communication strategy and oversee content for communication vehicles.
● Support stakeholder management activities at all levels of the organization.
● Help develop the communication tools and processes for stakeholder issue management and resolution.
● Performing needs assessments to evaluate communication content, delivery methods and overall effectiveness.
● Partnering with project leadership, business leadership, corporate communications and HR to develop strong positive relationships between the project and internal stakeholders as well as internally between leaders and team members. One-way and two-way communication will be required at all levels to increase team member and employee engagement.
