Communication Specialist-Internal Communications

You will support the Internal Communications team, within Human Resources, in the execution and reporting of a variety of internal communications plans and programs. This role helps shape how employees understand company priorities, connect to culture, and engage with key initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will support them on the planning and execution of communications that align with Internal Communications and Human Resources goals, and corporate priorities.

**Location:** You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

**Reporting Relationship** : You will report to Director, Internal Communications.

**Salary Range:** The expected base salary range for this role is $57,000-$80,000.
