Communications Advisor - Internal Strategy

Drive impactful internal communications at Sobeys Inc. as a Communications Advisor on a full-time 12-month contract. You'll develop strategies that elevate our teammate engagement and company culture.
This position will report to the Director of Internal Communications, focusing on creating, implementing, and assessing communications designed to support business objectives. Your role includes coaching leaders in effective communication practices and promoting employee advocacy through engaging storytelling. By working with various internal teams, you will ensure that Sobeys employees are effectively connected to our purpose.
