Communications and Community Development Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Marketing, Communications, or any related courses
• At least three (3) years of work experience in communications, marketing, or any related fields
• Preferably with experience in real estate/property management communications and community development

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recommends, plans, and manages marketing-initiated community activities that will help enhance residents' resort-living experience
• Produces and publishes community content (e.g., lifestyle stories, events, testimonials) across DMCI Communities and DMCI Homes platforms.
