Job Description
To contribute to strengthening internal communication and organizational culture through the execution of projects, campaigns, and events aligned with the company's strategy, fostering engagement, reinforcing values, and enhancing the associate experience.
Create and execute internal communication campaigns aligned with the organizational strategy.
Contribute to the planning, logistics, and execution of internal events.
Develop multimedia communication content (announcements, videos, communications, digital content, etc.).
Update and manage internal communication channels (MyBosch App, email, digital screens, boards, etc.).
Manage external vendors for events and communication materials, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Support the organization of communication forums between leaders and associates.
