Communications and Insights Intern

About The Role
We are looking for a Communications and Insights Intern to support the planning, launch, and evaluation of communications initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to how communications drive business outcomes, not just content production.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders to craft launch communications, track performance and translate data and research into actionable insights.
What You'll Do
Communications Content and Launch Support
Draft and adapt communications content across formats (e.g. announcements, emails, internal updates, basic presentations)
Support end-to-end setup for launches, including timelines, content coordination, and basic stakeholder alignment
Ensure content is clear, audience-appropriate, and aligned to objectives
Performance Monitoring & Effectiveness
Track performance of communications using basic metrics (e.g. open rates, engagement, qualitative feedback)
