Primary Objective

As a Communications Assistant, your primary objective is to support internal and external communications at MJ Quinn. This role is crucial in supporting positive changes in communication, employee engagement, and enhancing the company’s profile and brand image.

Internal Communications

• Support the maintenance of the Quinntranet platform.
• Utilise notice boards/screens to promote staff events, share good news stories, and highlight achievements.
• Assist in producing and distributing company-wide news updates.
• Contribute to the creation and sending of bulletins regarding new contract awards, staff appointments, and other important changes within the business.
