Communications, Design and Marketing Campaign (Car Park Operations)

What The Role Is Under the internship programme, you will be attached to the East Zone People, Programme, and Partnership 3 team. This placement will provide you with the opportunity to gain insights into car park operations and the various issues and challenges encountered. What You Will Be Working On During the internship, you will be tasked with developing a marketing campaign and communications package to encourage motorists to sign up for the Parking @ HDB app at Old Airport Rd Car Park and creating communications design to enhance the overall user experience through the redesigning of traffic flow at Geylang Serai Market Car Park. Project Deliverables Market Research and User Analysis Report: Conduct assessment of current Parking @ HDB app adoption rates, user behaviour patterns, and barriers to sign-up amongst motorists at Old Airport Road car park.
