QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or any related course.
• At least six months relevant work experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Development Communications Officer shall communicate to members, partner organizations, and the public the a) developments in the Network, b) products & services, c) policy developments and other issues that concern co-ops in general

• Determine, research, write, and publish newsworthy developments in the NATCCO Network and the Cooperative Sector through the website and social media platforms.
• Manage and regularly update content on the NATCCO website and official social media pages.
• Conceptualize publications, including page layout, article sequencing, and photo arrangement.
• Represent the NATCCO Network in engagements with partner organizations.
