Communications & Engagement Specialist

Our client in the mining sector is looking for an individual to drive Communication and Engagement within the company for all IT changes, awareness campaigns, training adoption and increase engagement. The successful candidate would ideally have a background in IT and People Change Management that can bring a fresh approach in the way changes are communicated in the organisation. This is a Hybrid contracting role for an individual that has 3-5 years experience in a similar position.

• Tertiary qualification in Communication
• Prosci Certification (beneficial)
• Content creation for internal communication (Video and/or Graphic design)
• 3-5 Years in a similar role
