Communications Executive

Requirements and responsibilities:
Bachelor degree with 1-2 years of experience in innovation, community building, employee engagement, partnerships, programmed management, project management, marketing, communications, or related fields Plan, create and execute high-impact innovation initiatives, events and workshops that spark creativity, experimentation and new ways of thinking leading to positive business outcomes Demonstrate ability to plan, organize and manage multiple initiatives concurrently Strong programmed management capabilities; able to coordinate across diverse stakeholders and manage timelines effectively Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to craft clear, engaging messages across digital and physical channels Familiarity with digital tools, content platforms, or innovation methodologies is advantageous
