Communications Intern

The Role

As a Communications Intern, you will support the development and execution of Clarios’ employer branding and corporate brand strategy through digital channels. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to increase visibility, strengthen brand positioning, and attract new talent aligned with our values and culture.

What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)

Social Media Strategy & Content Planning

• Develop a structured content plan (grill) for Facebook, Instagram, and Viva Engage aligned with employer branding and corporate communication objectives.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly content calendars with HR, Communications, and business stakeholders.

Content Creation & Production

• Generate multimedia content including photos, videos, quizzes, stories, templates, and branded assets.
