Communications Manager

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Communications Manager to lead our hospital's communication and branding efforts especially in oncology services and corporate reputation. This role plays a key part in shaping how we connect with patients, staff, media, and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Branding

• Develop and lead communication strategies to support business goals.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Advise senior management on key communication matters.

Oncology & Service Promotion

• Drive branding for oncology and other hospital services.
• Create brochures, social media content, and digital campaigns.
• Work with medical teams to ensure accurate, empathetic messaging.

Reputation & Crisis Communication

• Support crisis communication and reputation management.
• Prepare communication plans for sensitive issues.
