Communications Specialist Ii

We are looking for a Communications Specialist with 5+ years of work experience in corporate communications to support the company's internal and external communications efforts such as crafting initiatives, strategies and plans to establish and nurture relationships with key audiences, creating storytelling opportunities, and to protect and elevate brand identity.
As part of the Corporate Communications team, you will also develop and execute key projects to promote employee engagement and connection, and company reputation.
The newly created position can be based in Monterrey, Mexico and reports to the Corporate Communications Manager of International Operations.
This role requires a bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related discipline.
The ability to alternate between independent, collaborative, cross-functional and cross-cultural working styles, and strong verbal/written fluency in English and Spanish, desirable Portuguese.
