Job Description
We are looking for a Communications Specialist to support our team in delivering
clear, engaging, and consistent communications across SEA and Group Services.
This is a hands‑on role for an early‑career professional with a passion for
communications, creative design, and video production.
He/She will contribute to the broader communications teams through initiatives,
produce quality collateral, and content. He/She will strengthen our overall
employee engagement, branding, while gaining valuable exposure to our global
communications team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the Communications team.
Maintain communications calendars, distribution lists, and contact databases.
Coordinate in the planning and execution of logistics for communications initiatives such as townhalls, campaigns, and events (venue, invites, materials, vendor liaison).
