Communications Specialist

We are looking for a Communications Specialist to support our team in delivering
clear, engaging, and consistent communications across SEA and Group Services.
This is a hands-on role for an early-career professional with a passion for
communications, creative design, and video production.
He/She will contribute to the broader communications teams through initiatives,
produce quality collateral, and content. He/She will help strengthen our overall
employee engagement, branding, while gaining valuable exposure to our global
communications team.
Key Responsibilities
 Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the Communications team.
 Maintain communications calendars, distribution lists, and contact databases.
 Coordinate in the planning and execution of logistics for communications initiatives such as townhalls, campaigns, and events (venue, invites, materials, vendor liaison).
