Burns & McDonnell is seeking to hire an experienced Communications Strategist for the Corporate Communications team in the Kansas City, MO office. As a Communications Strategist, you will be responsible for communication strategies in creating, preserving and promoting our strong employee ownership culture. The Communications Strategist is a resource in all things related to enhancing employee communications.



+ Manage and lead employee communication campaigns, projects and deliverables.

+ Strategize and develop communication deliverables and campaigns for internal clients.

+ Write creative and compelling copy using AP style.

+ Create and edit designs in programs like Canva to support communication messaging.
