**Subdirección Comunicación y Eventos WPB (Mexico role)**
Role purpose
Under the guidance of the Geographic COO (Business Management) the role holder will be responsible for developing and delivering impactful, creative and insight-led internal communications strategies to drive employee awareness, understanding, engagement and alignment with the priorities of WPB Mx.
In this capacity, they will also provide internal communications support and counsel to business leaders across WPB.
The role holder should have a strong track-record in internal communications, with exceptional storytelling, content development and writing skills, as well as the desire to constantly build new capabilities and enhance their knowledge.
They will need to develop and act upon measurement and employee insight as well as quickly build trusted stakeholder relationships.
