About the Role

As a Coordinator within our Community Access Team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities and, where applicable, their families.


Your Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Leadership: Lead a dedicated team of disability support workers, providing high-intensity support to clients.

  • Performance Management: Ensure the overall performance of the service aligns with annual work plans and meets established targets.

  • Person-Directed Support: Promote person-directed support and community participation that exceeds minimum disability standards, all within available resources.

  • Operational Excellence: Manage the day-to-day operations of supported accommodation services, surpassing identified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
