We are seeking multiple APS5 Community and Peer Advisors in the Sydney (Surry Hills) and Newcastle locations.
 
Our client is committed to delivering high quality, evidence-based care including integrating proven clinical practice with innovative and emerging therapeutic approaches. Central to their Model of Care is the recognition and embedding of Lived Experience Peer Work as an integral and respected component of service delivery.
 
Community and Peer Advisors work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to promote recovery oriented, trauma informed mental health support. Reporting to the Lived Experience Peer Team Leader, APS5 Community Peer Advisors will work alongside clinical teams to deliver person centred, strengths based support to veterans and their families.
